I had a difficult time putting this story down and taking care of my day to day things like work - I would find myself thinking about the story and trying to fit a few extra minutes at lunch reading one book after another. The breaker series is one of the best, most captivating series that I have read in the past 5 years, and I am an avid reader. My hat goes off to you Ed! It's amazing how we watched the characters evolve and grow up, for example from the first book of the series we met Ness, geeky computer game playing kid brother, and we were there when he forged friendships with Sebastian and Sprite and experienced love and sex with Tristan to him leaving earth with the Dovon. I will miss all of the wonderful friends I made with your series Thank you for the enjoyment and for making my life that much richer from your writing!! I am anxious to experience your other books.

I have read many science fiction novels, but never before had I devoured seven books in a row by a same author. The Breakers series kept me completely and utterly captivated. There was so much in the characters and storylines to which I could relate it felt like they are coming out of my own imagination. Thanks Ed.

If you're doing what I often do, which is look at books I think I might like, and this one catches your attention, stop searching and download the first book on the series, "Breakers." Each of the books are imaginative, have characters I've grown to enjoy, and are full of surprises. I literally could not stop reading them. Maybe now I can get some sleep!
