A GENTLE, INSIGHTFUL COMPANION FOR ANYONE CURIOUS ABOUT HERBAL HEALING. Thus book felt like a breath of fresh air. It's a very thoughtful and beautiful written guide that invites you to slow down and really connect with the healing power of plants. I absolutely loved this book. It strikes a perfect balance between informative and approachable. It doesn't overwhelm you with technical language, but it also doesn't water anything down. The step by step remedies are clear and doable, even for someone completely new to herbalism. I found myself bookmarking pages on digestion, sleep and stress support. i found myself using the recipes just days after reading them.

Everything I've been looking for about herbal medicine is inside this book. It's a unique and genuine introduction into the works of herbal medicine that feels both timeless and modern. The author did a great job explaining not just how to use herbs, but why they work the way they do.
