Unser Ansatz einer Crossover-Theologie knüpft an das Konzept von Intersektionalität an, nimmt aber insbesondere die Befähigungen und Begabungen des Menschen in den Blick. Die sich überkreuzenden Denkbewegungen – wie etwa die der Gender, Dis/ability und Postcolonial Studies – entwickeln sich nicht einfach linear, sondern vernetzen sich und ermöglichen so neue Perspektiven. In Analogie zum Begriff Crossover in der Musik für die Mischung verschiedener Genres und Stile erhoffen wir uns durch solche experimentellen Zugänge überraschende, neue theologisch-anthropologische „Klangerlebnisse“.
