Simon Wessely is Professor of Epidemiological and Liaison Psychiatry and Director, King's Centre for Military Health Research at King's College London, UK.

David J. Castle is a Chair of Psychiatry at St Vincent's Hospital and the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is also a Consultant Psychiatrist at St Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne and Clinical Professor of the School of Psychiatry and Neurosciences, University of Western Australia, Australia.
