Eve Feldman's books include Animals Don't Wear Pajamas, an American Booksellers Pick of the List and NCTA CBC Outstanding Science Trade Book for Children; That Cat!, a Child Study Children's Book Committee Best Book of the Year; Seymour, The Formerly Fearful, also a Child Study Children's Book Committee Best Book of the Year; Dog Crazy, a nominee for the Florida State Sunshine Award; Birthdays!: Celebrating Life Around the World, a winner of the Early Childhood News Director's Choice Award; and Billy and Milly, Short and Silly!, one of Kirkus's best books of the year, a 2010 NCTE Notable Children's Book, and a Texas 2x2 selection. Her latest short story appears in I Fooled You!, a Candlewick anthology. With degrees from Sarah Lawrence College and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Eve Feldman has taught elementary school, English as a second language, and remedial reading, both in the United Staes and abroad, in more than one language and to all ages. When not busy writing, reading, or laughing, Ms. Feldman enjoys visiting schools, sharing her contagious enthusiasm for reading and writing.
