Was ist eigentlich gemeint mit Sozialraum und einer daran ausgerichteten Neuorientierung Sozialer Arbeit? Wie kommt es eigentlich dazu, dass nicht nur in der Sozialen Arbeit, sondern in der Sozialpolitik insgesamt räumliche Dimensionen immer relevanter werden? Dr. Fabian Kessl, Erziehungs- und Politikwissenschaftler, ist Professor an der Fakultät für Bildungswissenschaften, Institut für Soziale Arbeit und Sozialpolitik der Universität Duisburg-Essen.
Dr. Christian Reutlinger, Erziehungswissenschaftler und Sozialgeograph, ist Professor an der FHS St. Gallen, Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften, wo er am Institut für Soziale Arbeit (IFSA) in Rorschach das Kompetenzzentrum Soziale Räume leitet.
