Jeffrey Lang started reading comic books when he was eight years old and, with the exception of a brief spell in 1972 when he decided he was “too old for comics,” has never stopped. Writing a novel about Marvel Comics’ “first family” is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. Lang’s other work includes comic book scripts for DC Comics, Wildstorm, and Dark Horse Comics, as well as several novels and short stories for Pocket Books’ Star Trek line.
