Prof. Dr. Frank Schorkopf ist Universitätsprofessor am Lehrstuhl für Öffentliches Recht und Europarecht der Universität Göttingen. Seit 2016 ist er ordentliches Mitglied der Niedersächsischen Akademie der Wissenschaften zu Göttingen. Für die Amtszeit 2022 bis 2024 ist er Mitglied im Vorstand der Vereinigung der Deutschen Staatsrechtslehrer.
