In a universe with an innumerable amount of galaxies, solar systems, and potentially life-bearing planets, there exists a distinct possibility that sentient beings exist outside the known world. Long have storytellers, novelists and fi lmmakers played with this idea, and in many of their imaginings, beings from another world were none too amiable, intent on taking the planet and subjugating humankind. In that regard, this tale is different. On a world named Htrae, a human by the name of Aman is about to be taken away from all the things he has known and loved. He is but a pawn to the machinations of the superior beings known as the Ceer. As part of the Galactic Federation, these beings play a grand, endless game of intrigue, confl ict, and politics with and against each other; it seems even millennia of evolutionary development and quantum advances in science have not done away with a human’s thirst for power, might, and prestige. Sci-Fi readers will find Conclusion 190 a pleasure to read, immersing them in an unimaginably large and grandiose vision of what humanity could be in the far, far future.
