This series is turning out better than I hoped. Mabe has always been treated like she wasn't important. That is until she finds a friend in Jade. In turn she is brought into the fold of the 563W group of friends. They are trying to solve why magic is draining from their world. Destiny has brought them together, and an Enforcer to their doorstep. Blood Witches may have been evil, but Mabe doesn't want that kind of life. This series spotlights women who are passed over in society, only to prove that they have what it takes! Entertaining read that I highly recommend. Part of a series, you'll get more out of each book if read in order. Each of these extraordinary characters have special skills to bring to the table. I can't wait to see how this storyline comes together. Perfect combination of Love and Magic!!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Finally we get to know the blood witch but she is not all she seems. Mabe is hiding her need for blood and when Fin, an Enforcer is sent in to find out why blood has been coming up missing from the infirmary Mabe is worried she will be put to death. I loved the storyline in this book. Mabe is so much more than other witches think, and Fin is surprisingly easy to like. I loved this story, well written, great characters and I can’t wait for the next book in the series. Excellent read.

The attraction between Mabe and Fin is hot. Mabel is the one yo do the claiming bite and Fin wears her mark with pride. Fin is an enforcer from the council and he's sent to investigate if there's a possible blood witch. Mabe finds out she's a hybrid, product of a fated mates, a witch and a vampire not an actual blood witch.
