Catherine Leroux is a novelist, translator and journalist. Le mur mitoyen won the 2014 France-Quebec Prize and its English translation, The Party Wall, was nominated for the Giller Prize in 2016.

Madeleine Thien is the author of the story collection Simple Recipes, and three novels, including Certainty and Dogs at the Perimeter. Her most recent book, Do Not Say We Have Nothing, was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize, won the Scotiabank Giller Prize and the Governor-General's Literary Award for Fiction.

Acerca do autor

Catherine Leroux is a novelist, translator and journalist. Her 2014 novel Le mur mitoyen won the France-Quebec Prize, and its English translation, The Party Wall, was nominated for the Giller Prize. Her third book, Madame Victoria won the 2016 Adrienne-Choquette Award for short stories. She lives in Montreal.


Madeleine Thien is the author of a short-story collection and three novels. Her most recent book, Do Not Say We Have Nothing, was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize, won the 2016 Scotiabank Giller Prize and the Governor-General's Award for Fiction, and was named a New York Times Notable Book for 2016. She lives in Montreal.
