Nitu Maurya is an accomplished academic and researcher specializing in Economics, currently working in IILM University Greater Noida, India. She holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Economics at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Her research interests encompass a wide range of topics such as infrastructure development, economic growth, regional disparities, and sustainable development. Dr. Maurya has made significant contributions to her field, evident through numerous publications in books, chapters, working papers, and journal articles. She has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Excellence in Research Award by NEBA and the Elsevier SSRN Young Research Award. Moreover, she has received accolades for her publications and presentations at various national and international conferences. Dr. Maurya is actively engaged in academia, serving as a speaker, session chair, and resource person at numerous workshops, seminars, and webinars. She is also an editorial board member and reviewer for various academic journals, showcasing her commitment to advancing scholarly research and publication standards.

Firdous Ahmad Malik , an accomplished economist from India, is currently an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Management at the University of the People. He is also conducting Post-Doctoral research at Amity University, Dubai. Before this, he served as a research fellow at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP) in Delhi, India, and as a Senior Research Associate at the Jindal Centre for the Global South, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana. Dr. Malik earned his Ph.D. and MPhil in Economics from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, and holds a Master's in Economics from the University of Kashmir. His research focuses on microfinance, financial inclusion, and financial literacy, with numerous publications from Springer, Elsevier, and Taylor & Francis in Scopus-indexed journals.
