About this ebook

Focus is a positive, accessible and practical toolkit guiding young readers in how they can improve their concentration and grow their resilience in an ever-changing world.

From coping with school after COVID lockdowns to navigating a complicated and sometimes scary world, life for your child is more difficult than ever. But there are ways they can stay on top of these changes, develop stronger resilience and switch their mindset from can don't to can do.

Dr Hannah Critchlowuses neuroscience and her understanding of children's behaviours and emotions, to guide the reader from easily distracted to fully focused with fun exercises for them to complete along the way. Your child will learn how to ride the concentration wave and become a focused student.
