Every once in a while something reaches into your heart and won’t let go. So it was with this story, based on the old Scottish song The Whistling Gypsy. I waited a lot of years to write it, but it’s a story of my heart and my gift to you, my wonderful readers. Where would I be without you? I hope it warms your heart as it did mine.
