This is a truly excellent book for medical students on their Radiology rotations as well as non-Radiology residents and trainees. In my view, it is probably best book of it's kind currently in-print. It's been said that a good teacher knows what must be included, but a great teacher knows what to leave out! In this succinct volume Drs. Neutze and Singh and their contributing authors have done a fantastic job at striking that balance--comprehensively including everything a medical student really needs to know without including a lot of extraneous detail. The book covers all of the imaging modalities, is clincally based, and is organized in a way that makes sense. It is a truly useful, practical book that is truly worth reading (and re-reading). Since it's a fundamental introduction to the field, practicing Radiologists and residents in Diagnostic Radiology may find this book to be a bit too elementary, but this book is perfect for the rest of us!
