Definitely a good read. Helped me a lot in understanding the true meaning of fasting in Islam, also the meaning of Eid celebration.

About the author

Hasrizal Abdul Jamil, holds a Bachelor of Sharia (Hon) from Mu'tah University, Jordan. He is currently on his study leave in education at the University of Oulu, Finland.

Aqtar Muhamed Ummar graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a medical degree and master's degree in integrative Neuroscience. After working as a doctor for a very short time, he resigned and decided to pursue his passion in teaching. Currently he is Head of Academic Division and Khalifah Method Secondary School, and teaches Islamiyyat and Biology at IGCSE level, apart from being a tutor for the tahfiz program.
