About the author

Viana Hassan is actively involved in academic and research work in Tourism & Cultural Management in Lebanon and Malta. She is the Founder and CEO of European Tourism and Events training Academy, She got her Ph.D. in Tourism Management and Cultural from Saint Joseph University, Beirut. Her Thesis was entitled “Medical Tourism in Lebanon”. She has more than 19 years of tourism experience in many related Travel and Tourism Fields, varying from airline sales experience (MEA), to Co-management several Lebanese Travel agencies. She is an Experienced Lecturer with more than 16 years’ experience at several universities in Lebanon (Lebanese University, A.U. L, Lebanese International University, Islamic University), the Institute of Tourism Studies, STC higher education partner of Wolverhmapton University UK and University of Malta (Malta), GBS Malta, Scholars School system (UK) with a demonstrated history of working in the Higher education industry, Skilled in Tourism Management, Customer service, Branding, Event Management, Airline Business Management, Niche Tourism, Business operations management, Customer acquisition and Medical Tourism. Dr. Viana has participated in international conferences (Expo Dubai 2020, 7th Medical Tourism World Summit..) including Athens, Paris, Vienna, Dubai, Valencia, India, Turkey etc....

Amrik Singh is working as a Professor and Head in the School of Hotel Management and Tourism at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Hotel Management from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. He has published 57 Scopus-indexed publications. He has published 12 patents and 01 patent has been granted in the inter-disciplinary domain. Dr. Amrik Singh participated and acted as a resource person in various national and international conferences, seminars, research workshops, and industry talks. He has published 10 books with IGI Global Publication on trending areas such as Food Waste, Solid Waste, Artificial Intelligence in marketing, Mountain Tourism, Virtual tourism, and Guest behavior in tourism and hospitality. His area of research interest is accommodation management, ergonomics, green practices, human resource management in hospitality, waste management, AR VR in hospitality, etc.

Ali Jaboob is a PhD Scholar in the Management field at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is working for Dhofar University as an administrative coordinator. He contributed to national committees: The Industrial and Human Resources Committee” is Affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Oman from 2018 to 2023”. His research interests include Organizational behavior, Innovation Management, leadership styles, and HRM. A member of the Editorial Review Board for the International Journal of Green Business (IJGB), IGI Global. He has reviewed for IGI Global and several Scopus and WOS-indexed journals such as “Management and Production Engineering Review Q2, Human Systems Management Q2, and International Journal of Tourism Policy Q4.

Ali Sorayyaei Azar is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Language and Literacy Education within the Faculty of Education, University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia. He also got his Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics, University of Malaya, Malaysia. In a career spanning 27 years, he has worked as an EFL/ESL senior lecturer, researcher, and curriculum developer in Iran, Turkey, Qatar, and Malaysia. He has published and presented research papers on his topic of interest namely Academic Discourse Analysis, Genre Analysis, Corpus Linguistics, TESL, Educational Technology, and English Language Teaching Strategies in several prestigious journals including GEMA Online@ Journal of Language Studies (UKM, Malaysia), Asian ESP Journal, Asian EFL Journal, Studies in English Language and Education, World Journal of English Language, and Education and Information Technologies (Springer). He is the head of MALL- SIG (Research Methods in Applied Linguistics). He is also the Editor of three books, including ‘Reconceptions of Policies, Strategies, and Challenges in Education 5.0.’, ‘Innovations in Educational Robotics: Advancing AI for Sustainable Development’, and ‘Smart Education and Sustainable Learning Environments in Smart Cities’.
