Heinz Kleger, Prof. Dr. phil., geb. 1952 in Zürich, Philosoph und Politikwissenschaft ler, lehrte 1993-2018 Politische Theorie an der Universität Potsdam, 2004-2008 auch an der Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder.
