About the author

Heinz Klug is John and Rylla Bosshard Professor of Law at the University of Wisconsin Law School, USA, and Visiting Professor of Law in the School of Law at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He was Fulbright Scholar at the University of Ghana School of Law 2024-2025.
