Ancient Masonry is Archaic Gnosticism: Freemasonry is an offspring of the earliest Mysteries, and the origin of Christian ritualism.

II. The reign of ritualism and anthropomorphic cults degraded the whole world, retaining supremacy over our “civilized” age.

III. There was a day when Church and Masonry were one. Masonry was archaic Gnosticism, or early Esoteric Christianity; Church Ritualism was (and still is) exoteric paganism pure and simple — manipulative and deceptive.

IV. There is only one Grand Architect of the Universe; his sidereal counterparts, many.

V. The primitive Christians were Christians indeed — the Theosophists of those days; the modern, are more pagan than any ancient idolaters.

VI. The real Sun is the heart of numberless Solar Systems (Manifested Worlds); its brain is hidden behind the visible sun, which was regarded as both Father and Son by the early Christians; the planets are its limbs and pulses. The effulgence of our little sun is but mere reflection of the Central Spiritual Sun, the electric Fire of all Life and Supreme Deity — Unknowable Universal Mind and Causeless Cause.

VII. Mysteries are the temple of the Earth, as every heavenly and human body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. The Secret Heart is fair Devotion’s only temple. The sublime mysteries of what today is called, so unphilosophically, “creation” were divulged to the elect of our Fifth Root-Race (Aryan), progeny of the preceding Fourth (Atlantean).

VIII. The profanation of the sacred Mysteries began in 510 B.C. when, the upon the advice of an Athenian demagogue, the State bethought itself that purity alone should no longer be prerequisite to initiation (hitherto gratuitous), and began levying payment in advance — yet another example of money trumping merit in the so-called “cradle of civilisation.” Thus initiation became as popular a ritual among the masses then, as baptism has since become with the Christians.

IX. The descent to Hell (this Earth), in the middle of the night, of the Initiates and “Builders of the lower Temple” and their ascend on the third day, were enacted in the initiatory rites in the crypts of the temple.

X. The ancient Masons were known by various names. Most of the Alexandrian Eclectics, the Philaletheians of Ammonius Saccas, and the late Neo-Platonists, were all Masons — comprising within their ranks the learned scholars of the day, and several crowned heads.

XI. Demeter and Bacchus are personifications of Substance and Spirit, the two vivifying principles in Nature and on Earth. Their sacred rite was unblushingly appropriated by modern Christianity. The Hierophant (he, who reveals the Mysteries to the neophyte) was called the “Father”; he was then passed, minus the knowledge of any mystery, into the “Father Priest,” who now administers the same communion and reveals nothing.

XII. The Masonic pantheon of Sun-Moon-Venerable is a faithful echo of the Archaic Father-Mother-Son; and Mary, the Goddess Mother of ten thousand names! The biological Mother of Jesus is by far the most intuitive and prominent interlocutor of all disciples. Esoterically, Mary the Mother, Mary the sister of Martha, and Mary Magdalene, correspond to Buddhi, Manas, and lower Manas — in the Septenary Constitution of Man.

XIII. Today, the sacred trinity of Paganism-Masonry-Theology rules the world of thought and beauty in secret, with a power so mighty that no finite mind can fathom out its method and system.
