About the author
Helmut Schlegel OFM, geb. 1943, ist Franziskaner und war fast 12 Jahre lang Leiter von "Heilig Kreuz – Zentrum für christliche Meditation und Spiritualität" in Frankfurt-Bornheim. Er ist Autor zahlreicher Bücher zu spirituellen Themen und hat rund 300 Texte für Neue Geistliche Lieder geschrieben.
