About the author

• Hilman Adil received his Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations from Ryksuniversiteit Leiden, the Netherlands, 1973. He was a Senior Researcher and Lecturer at Leknas-LIPI, at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Politics, at the University of Indonesia.
