I have always believed that the youth has a pivotal role to play in building a sustainable future. The youth represent the future generation and hence in a way, they are the biggest stakeholders when it comes to ensuring a cleaner, better future. This is precisely why at ReNew, we consider it our responsibility to sensitize the youth about clean energy and environmental matters and get them involved in shaping the climate narrative. I personally think today’s youth can contribute in many ways towards building a sustainable planet and there’s a lot to be learnt from them, in terms of fresh ideas and innovative solutions. The renewable energy sector is also relatively new and I feel as an industry leader, it is ReNew’s responsibility to reach out to the youth and demystify this sector and get them interested and excited about the sector and its potential to create a better world. I am glad that at ReNew we have several programmes and initiatives targeted at the youth as we work towards building a talent pool of professionals who are passionate about cleaner & smarter energy solutions. Our programmes are designed to give the young leaders a first hand opportunity to gain industry experience and create solutions for a greener future.

Imran invests significant time and effort into maintaining focus, and when faced with writer’s block or external disturbances, he can become anxious and stressed. Nevertheless, Imran recognizes the crucial connection between reading and writing, as reading exposes him to different writing styles and enhances his own craft.
Imran thrives on writing in various contexts, which constantly challenges him to become a better writer. Even in casual text conversations, he prefers composing complete sentences. Imran believes that his extensive writing practice will prepare him for his future endeavors as a Psychology major, acknowledging that writing will play a fundamental role in his chosen field. He finds a deep connection between his brain and thought process when writing with a pencil on paper, often preferring this tactile approach over typing on a computer. Imran’s commitment to nurturing his writing practice stems from the belief that it allows him to express himself and build confidence in his ability to produce quality work.
In terms of achievements, Imran has garnered recognition and accolades in various domains. He received the AMP Excellence Award in 2022 and holds a Web World Record awarded by Uttam Singh in 2023. Imran has also been honored with the U-Report India Award 2023 by UNICEF India. His accomplishments include the Best Student Excellence Award 2022, District-level e-Quiz Award 2021, State-level e-Quiz Award 2021, National-level e-Quiz Award 2022, and an International-level e-Quiz Silver Award in 2022.
