As Vice-President of the Conference of Chaplains of Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria, the author held workshops organized to initiate inexperienced chaplains into the youths' animation and administration.The work is christian based, and particularly catholic oriented. The Strategy could however be applied to youths' animation anywhere on the globe.
