Ja Morant is a professional basketball player in the NBA as of 2019. He was born on August 10, 1999, in Dalzell, South Carolina. Morant was always interested in basketball, and he began playing when he was just four years old. He attended Crestwood high school, where he played for the school team and was recruited by several colleges. Ja Morant went on to attend Murray State University in Kentucky, where he continued to play basketball.
