Uganda is a landlocked country located in East Africa. Its capital city is Kampala, and the official language is English. The country is bordered by Kenya to the east, Tanzania to the south, Rwanda to the southwest, South Sudan to the north, and the Democratic Republic of Congo to the west. Despite these challenges, Uganda has made considerable progress in recent years, including reducing poverty levels, increasing access to education, and improving healthcare outcomes. The country’s economy is driven by agriculture, and key exports include coffee, tea, and tobacco. Uganda is also increasingly attracting foreign investment and has become a hub for technology innovation in the region.
