About the author

Ishi Khosla is a practicing clinical nutritionist, consultant, writer, columnist, researcher, author and entrepreneur. She is actively involved in clinical practice at the Centre for Dietary Counseling in Delhi, and has spearheaded the first of its kind health food company ‘Whole Foods’. An author of multiple books, including The Diet Doctor and Is Wheat Killing You?, and a television commentator, Ishi has also been listed among the twenty-five most powerful women in the country by the India Today Group. Besides this, she has been nominated as a member of the Programme Advisory Committee, Doordarshan Kendra; is a member of the Governing Body of Lady Irwin College, Delhi University; and is a consultant to several organizations. She is the founder of The Celiac Society of India. Ishi lives in New Delhi.
