This is a sexy, hot romance that gets the blood pulsing. Jackie Barbosa does a terrific job of creating a tale about a sinfully hot football player and a sexy, beautiful math teacher. It completely lives up to its Brazen imprint. A great contemporary romance that touches the seductive side of relationships, while delivering witty dialogue with memorable characters. Angie Peterson is an intelligent, strong woman, who’s not only a terrific math teacher but also a fantastic football strategist and coach. Cade Reynolds is a famous NFL quarterback, who finds himself sidelined because of a shoulder injury and returning to his home town to help his sick football coach. Little did he know that his world would turn upside down. The chemistry sizzles, the love scenes are steamy, and the romance toe-curling. If you like your romance with plenty of heat, then you definitely want to read this book.

Jackie Barbosa always wanted to be a writer when she grew up; it just took about twenty years longer to grow up than she expected! On the road to publication, she took a few detours, including a stint in academia and many years as a technical writer/instructional designer for a data processing company. She still holds her day job in instructional design, but her true passion is writing steamy romances.
Jackie learned to believe in love at first sight when she met the man of her dreams and to believe in happily ever after when she married him. She lives in Southern California with her husband, their three children, and an ever-changing menagerie of pets.
