About this ebook

THE PHENOMENAL INTERNATIONAL BESTSELLER: OVER 20 MILLION COPIES SOLD WORLDWIDE

Transform your life with tiny changes in behaviour, starting now.

People think that when you want to change your life, you need to think big. But world-renowned habits expert James Clear has discovered another way. He knows that real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decisions: doing two push-ups a day, waking up five minutes early, or holding a single short phone call.

He calls them atomic habits.

In this ground-breaking book, Clears reveals exactly how these minuscule changes can grow into such life-altering outcomes. He uncovers a handful of simple life hacks (the forgotten art of Habit Stacking, the unexpected power of the Two Minute Rule, or the trick to entering the Goldilocks Zone), and delves into cutting-edge psychology and neuroscience to explain why they matter. Along the way, he tells inspiring stories of Olympic gold medalists, leading CEOs, and distinguished scientists who have used the science of tiny habits to stay productive, motivated, and happy.

These small changes will have a revolutionary effect on your career, your relationships, and your life.

This books talks about how implementing small habits can get you huge results. I started doing small things in my life and it has been really life changing for me .From reading this book I've learned how to focus on the system I'm using to get to my goals instead of focusing on my goals alone.I 100%recommend this book to anyone who would like to change their life .It is very to easy read and understand the concept about this whole book.Small difference like doing 1% a day can significantly change one's life .I don't know how other people that have read this book found it but for me it was FUN to read because it was very easy to relate to the things mentioned by the author. Another thing I like about this book is the descriptive language used ,it made it easy for me to imagine the things that were written. The descriptions used are so good that you can feel the dynamic around what is written.I will forever use this book in my everyday life especially in my decision making .Start reading it today !!!!

This book delves deep into the power of small habits and their ability to make a big impact on our lives. It offers practical strategies and insightful anecdotes to help readers understand how to build and break habits effectively. One significant aspect of this book is the author's emphasis on the idea that change does not occur overnight, but rather through the accumulation of small, consistent actions. He outlines a simple yet powerful framework, the four laws of behavior change, consisting of making habits obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying. These laws, when applied properly, can help readers create desirable habits and eliminate undesirable ones. The author backs up his claims and advice with scientific research and studies, which I appreciated. By illustrating the psychology and neuroscience behind habit formation, he provides a solid foundation and credibility for his suggestions.
