A life member of the University Pitt Club, Jamie read Chinese at Cambridge; sold his house upon graduation to back his friend Karan Bilimoria to found Cobra Beer. After dabbling in finance in the Far East, Jamie completed a PhD at Harvard. He returned to England for a brief stint in the corporate world before falling back on his joint loves: food and drink. Having received his first cocktail shaker by his American mother at 12, Jamie finally realised his dream of setting up a food truck when he co-founded Pitt Cue Co. in 2011 with his chef-friend Tom Adams.
