Javid A. Parray, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Environmental Science at the Government Degree College, Kashmir, India. His research interests include ecological and agricultural microbiology, climate change and microbial biotechnology, environmental microbiomes, etc. He has published research papers and book chapters as well as 14 books with international publishers, such as Elsevier, Springer, Callisto Reference, and Wiley-Blackwell. He is on the editorial boards and is a reviewer for many journals and has been an invited speaker at scientific meetings and conferences within India and abroad. He is a member of many international and national scientific organizations.
Aparna Gunjal, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Microbiology at Dr. D. Y. Patil, Arts, Commerce & Science College, Maharashtra, India. With eight years of teaching experience and 14 years of research experience, Dr. Gunjal has 150 publications to her credit, which includes research papers in national and international journals and conference proceedings, books, book chapters, review articles, reports, and articles in international magazines and newsletters. She has also submitted sequences to microbiology databases. Dr. Gunjal has received several awards as well as travel grants for paper presentations at international conferences. She also received a “Senior Scientist Award” from the Microbiologists Society India in 2023.
Nusrat Shafi, PhD, an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Government Degree College, Eidgah, Srinagar, Kashmir, India. She has presented and published papers in professional journals and has written several book chapters. With over 15 years of experience in her field, she received the Bharat Ratna Mother Teresa Gold Medal Award at the 61st National Unity Conference by GPERA.
