This songbook is an ideal supplement to any elementary Cello Method book. Most of the songs are appropriate for performance at concerts, recitals, and contests. Private teachers will assign one or two of the songs from this book at each lesson. The songs will help the beginning Cello student to develop fingering technique, rhythm reading ability, and confidence.

It sucks!I taught the songs would be catchy but they were lame!!!

Joe Maroni was a graduate of Youngstown State University, where he received his bachelor's degree in music education and master's degrees in secondary administration and elementary education. He taught music at public schools and gave private music lessons. He also was the owner of the Neapolitan Music Co. and was a professional performing musician. Joe has authored 34 books relating to music.
