About the author

For the past 15 years Joe Willard has made his living picking antiques and industrial goods. Willard worked for more than 30 years in wholesale electronic distribution. He retired as a VP/General Manager to go full time into picking. "I've made money and I've made mistakes," Willard says. "But I've always had fun." While Willard is attracted to "guy stuff" - tools, cameras, radios, anything with grim - he is always on the lookout for treasure in other people's trash.
