Der Autor zeigt die Bedingungen selbstregulierten Lernens und die Zusammenhänge von schulischen Kontextbedingungen, Emotion und Motivation mit dem Lernverhalten im Rahmen einer dualen Ausbildung auf. Die Ergebnisse basieren auf einer Untersuchung bei angehenden Bankkaufleuten und sind auf andere Ausbildungsberufe anwendbar.
