About the author
Pastor John Carter dedicated to helping people discover their highest potential by experiencing God s promise of an abundant life through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Known for his engaging and practical teaching style, John Carter is the senior pastor of Abundant Life Christian Center in East Syracuse, New York, a culturally diverse church with a charismatic evangelical perspective. He also ministers internationally, speaking at church and leadership conferences throughout India, Africa, Eastern Europe, and North America. He is the founder and president of John Carter Communications, founder and president of Mercy Works, a charitable organization that raises and strategically invests funds into projects that creatively meet practical needs in distressed urban communities. Co-founders of Abundant Life Christian Center in 1990, John and his wife Lisa live near Syracuse, New York with their three sons.
