This is truly a fantastic book with very deep discussion of several theological subjects that are not really addressed today. First, however, it wrong title is attached to the book - this book has nothing to do with "Darwin and Modern Science". The real title is "The Body and Substance of the Christian Religion". Second, this book is a scholarly treatise on a. the Apostles Creed, b. the Lords Prayer, and c. the Ten Commandments. Published in 1713, it is still today a thought provoking and insightful study of these subjects. John Edwards is an educated writer who has philosophically delved into scripture and gain sharp incite. I recommend this book to those who desire a deep study of God's Word.
