The core premise is correct, and it is nice to find common understanding here, but the book delve too much into spiritualistic fantasy. Further explanations don't prove that the author truly has grasp on the topic. It rather seems like hard cope, excuses and blaming external world for ones deficiencies. Answering yes to more of the 15 questions means that one either has no capacity to learning or has lived comfortable life with no true hardships in it. So, I was to assign any value to the text I would direct this book towards children, and ppl with low emotional intelligence who truly have difficulty with understanding their own emotions. And even then I am not sure whether justifications presented in the book will not do more harm than good to a reader.
