Living With Kings: Knowing who you are, by knowing who God is

They were men raised up for a specific purpose and our history was   forever changed for their passing. Bernard of Chartres used to say that we are like dwarfs on the shoulders of giants, so that we can see more than they, and things at a greater distance, not by virtue of any sharpness of sight on   our part, or any physical distinction, but because we are carried high and raised up by their giant size.” 

Living with Kings travels the span of history to touch on the lives of such giants and to show the ramifications of their choices   and actions on their earthly kingdoms. It paints each king’s life   as a momentary glimpse of a facet of the King of Kings – Jesus,   and shows how He is the one who ultimately weaves the rich   tapestry of human history as we know it. When we know the King,   we better understand who we are, as children of the King.
