Every page had a good point that I'll definitely use from now on, I'm sure this book will help better my mindset. I've also screenshot some points so I can use them in my daily life, and I will definitely be saying those positive self-affirmations mentioned in the book as a start. Keep up the good writing!!!

This helped me in many different ways. For example about my past I cannot change it but I can take control of my feelings when it's brought to my attention. A lot of us either don't want to talk about it either because it hurts us or that we hurt others . That's when you also have to learn how to forgive and sometimes you have to ask that person you wrong for your forgiveness and if they do or don't at least you tried in order for you to move on in life journey. To some life is not easy but you can make it easy by being true to yourself and true to others whether it's good or bad .

I'm starting to become more positive about my life since I have been through breakup with my girlfriend.it was unexpected so to move forward with my life I needed to be positive mental to accept my past.to let go of hurt,anger and mostly disappointment.i never thought we would be here today
