Die Beiträge des Jahrbuchs 2002 widmen sich - u.a. mit Beiträgen von Günter Arnold, Ulrich Gaier und Gerhard Sauder - neben biographischen Aspekten (mit neuen Brieffunden) Fragen von Herders Poetik und ihrer Rezeption auch Gerstenbergs Drama "Ugolino".
