Langsam geht Miriam Brandstätter durch die Straßen. Sie hat keine Ahnung, wie es weitergehen soll, fühlt sich elend und verlassen. Da erhält sie plötzlich von hinten einen Stoß. Ein stechender Schmerz durchzuckt sie, bevor sie mit dem Kopf auf dem Asphalt aufschlägt und das Bewusstsein verliert.
