I've started watching Kendra and Kelsey before I big chopped about 2.5 years ago, and watching their content, and listening to their advice has assisted me in a huge hair growth from collar bone length to just past bra strap length within a 1.5 year time frame. I started to get lazy with my hair routine, not properly managing it and definitely not being consistent which lead me to not being able to grow my hair past bra strap length for the past year. Love this book..I to a a master of cosmetologist however I didn't like hair but I know how to maintain and take care of it I learned some extra tips from you girls thank you now I'm back in the saddle again thanks to you
