Or fall for the beautiful and fearless Kadence Harlowe. As Nate risks his life alongside her in flood-ravaged Louisiana, he begins to question his old life and its forced priorities.

Kadence and Nate's new relationship is soon tested by secrets and the unthinkable: another deadly hurricane bearing down on the Gulf Coast. And they are right in the path of a 20-foot storm surge.
