About the author

Laurent M. Lapierre is the Ian Telfer Professor of Workplace Behaviour and Health, Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, Canada. He has published in several leading management and organizational psychology journals, including Journal of Management, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Personnel Psychology. He was recognized in 2018 as an 'Extraordinary Contributor to Work and Family Research' by the Work and Family Researchers Network (WFRN).

Professor Sir Cary Cooper, CBE, is the 50th Anniversary Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health, Alliance Manchester Business School; Outgoing President of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD); President of the Institute of Welfare; and Chair of the National Forum for Health and Well-being at Work. Sir Cary was knighted by the Queen in 2014 for his contribution to the social sciences. He is author/editor of over 200 books and 150 scholarly articles and chapters.
