LAZERIC LIPSCOMB is a young man that was raised in the streets and grew up in jail. Coming up in the mean streets of Harvey, Illinois, and growing up in the Cook County Jail, he feels as though he knows the street life very well, and would like to bring you all a close up of how real things can get if you decide to choose the street life.
