I give 4 stars because it was very slow to get going but when I eventually got to about half way through I couldn't put the book down. It started out a bit slow and took me months to get there, but after I picked it again for another try, I suddenly found it starting to get exciting then that was it, finished the 2nd half in a few days.

Having read all the other jack reacher titles I found this a bit of a let down it didn't grip me like I was hoping it would do and it was to short also... Casey Nice.... as a name irritated me right throughout but I'll still look forward to the next reacher instalment.

Been waiting for this for a while and wasn't disappointed. After the lacklustre last few books, I must admit I wasn't expecting much but Lee has come straight back to form with a cracking read and the Jack Reacher we all fell in love with. Recommended.
