About this ebook

See the Grishaverse come to life on screen in the Netflix series, Shadow and Bone!

Discover what comes next for Kaz, Jesper, Inej, and Wylan, and the star-crossed Nina and Matthias, in Crooked Kingdom, the spectacular sequel to Six of Crows—from #1 New York Times-bestselling author, Leigh Bardugo.

When you can’t beat the odds, change the game.

Kaz Brekker and his crew have just pulled off a heist so daring even they didn't think they'd survive. But instead of divvying up a fat reward, they're right back to fighting for their lives. Double-crossed and badly weakened, the crew is low on resources, allies, and hope. As powerful forces from around the world descend on Ketterdam to root out the secrets of the dangerous drug known as jurda parem, old rivals and new enemies emerge to challenge Kaz's cunning and test the team's fragile loyalties. A war will be waged on the city's dark and twisting streets—a battle for revenge and redemption that will decide the fate of the Grisha world.

Honest to god, this is an unpopular opinion but, I think that this book was a bit better than the first. And trust me when I say that the first is SUCH a good book. I just thought that this book had a little less heist and more depth and story to it. Love all the characters and it is definitely a good read. I loved it and hope this review will help. Happy reading:)

Crooked Kingdom is an utterly phenomenal book. Start to finish, it manages to deliver on everything that made Six of Crows so good- while also blowing anything else out of the water. Humor, heart, suspense... Crooked Kingdom has it all.

I will admit that I shed so many tears while reading this book. I will never EVER regret reading this. The hidden meanings and messages that lay within the pages are just-- I don't even have a word to express it. I wish I could type out all of my thoughts into this review. Unfortunately, I cannot. My mind is so scrambled because of this entire book. However, I can say that YOU SHOULD READ THIS BOOK.
