I went from constant dieting and binging to complete freedom. I felt like she knew my life story. It took one day of reading to start to calm down. After 3 weeks I stopped binging. After one month I realized I didn't have to eat every meal like Americans do. That's just a routine like dieting. It's now been two months, I only read half the book, only eat when I'm hungry and lost 13 pounds. Not thinking about food is a dream come true.
