About this ebook

Hailey is new in town and is trying to feel at home, but she can’t shake the feeling of being watched. When someone tries to break in on All Hallow’s Eve during the Witching Hour the Ghost haunting her apartment saves her.

Roy has only one hour a year when he can touch and experience things in the living world again. He saves Hailey and asks for only one touch in return. She wants to give him much more than just one touch.

Excerpt:

“You saved me?” I asked, extending my hand as it came closer.

He looked almost translucent, like he was here, but not really at the same time. With every passing moment, his form seemed to become firmer, more here than there.

“What are you?” I asked.

“A ghost,” he said with a sad smile. “I can become corporal once a year on All Hallow’s Eve for an hour when the veil between the living and the dead is the thinnest.”

“And you did that to save me?” I asked.

“Yes. I couldn’t let you end up like me,” he said, motioning to his pale body.

“Thank you. How can I repay this debt?” I asked, still trying to wrap my head around the fact a ghost just saved my life.

“Can I…” he hesitated as he extended his hand to me. “Touch you?” he asked.
