Broken Trust

Chryssie Mason has been struggling for what seems to be forever. She's worked hard and can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. She's put herself through college to be a nurse and she's one final exam from getting her license. Working part time at a bar, she meets Zack, what she calls a bad boy. Ponytail, tattoos, laid back attitude ... she's made bad choices before. She's determined to not make the same mistakes as she has in the past. She doesn't trust anyone, anymore. One night, leaving work, she witnesses a murder. Again she makes a wrong decision ..one that may cost her everything she has and everything she wants. Being just a little over 100 pages, this is a quick read. It's an inspirational, Christian story about choices that people make. It's well written, if not entirely credible, but it was interesting. I really liked the characters, and even though Chryssie doesn't trust Zach, I like how relate to each other.
